Hey, I was listening to Amateur traveler podcast this week - it was on PEI!!! The food sounded amazing. They really sold me on it.

I want to go so badly. Then I saw your blog about it too. Nice post!

Hey, my name is Alastair Grant, I work with Golf PEI, I'd like to expand on the Golfing aspect of this blog post, highlighting just how great the golf is here on PEI.

Prince Edward Island features 10 of the top 100 golf courses in Canada including the famous Links at Crowbush Cove as well as Dundarave & Brudenell River. PEI offers over 30 golf courses in some of the island’s most beautiful surroundings. With the ocean breezes, sand dunes beside sand traps, and unique holes intertwined into the island’s waterways, PEI golf courses create the setting for countless interesting games of golf. Prince Edward Island has links-golf and river-golf as well as woodland courses.

PEI golf courses have played host to some of the world’s champion golfers including Fred Couples, V.J. Singh, Mark O’Meara, Mike Weir, Tom Watson, Lorie Kane, and Nancy Lopez. In 2009, PEI made golf history as the first Canadian destination to host the Golf Channel’s ‘Big Break’ reality series.

Cheers!
