I must admit that when our Moqueca and Farofa: Bringing the taste of Brazil home post made it to the WordPress featured blogs dashboard, we were surprised! This is a dish I absolutely loved eating in Bahia, Brazil and I was very happy to have successfully concoct this delicious meal at home. YUM!
A post you feel didn’t get the attention it deserved
My 5 Reasons Why You Should Travel Solo post didn’t attract that many visitors but I wish it would have. Too many people are afraid of traveling alone and I wish they could just pick up their bags and venture off into the unknown by themselves. There are so many benefits in doing so!

The post I am most proud of is definitely Kilimanjaro Hike- Day 6 & Summit Night. It’s a post I not only enjoyed writing but an experience I enjoyed living!
